  • Healthy gut: gastrointestinal tract has a good balance of gut bacteria and able to properly digest and absorb nutrients.
  • Wonky gut: imbalance in gut bacteria can trigger unwanted gastrointestinal symptoms like diarrhea, stomach pain, weight gain, and mental health issues.
